1. Who we are

Hawking Ads provides Google Ads management services, performance audits, educational resources, and a software application that connects to Google Ads via Google’s official APIs. 2. Information we collect

  • Contact data you submit (name, email, phone, and any message content).
  • Business information you share for audits or management (website, industry, spend ranges, goals).
  • Google Ads account data only after you authorize access through Google OAuth when using our application or granting MCC/account access for services.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited via analytics tools (for example GA4).
  • Communications we exchange by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide free analysis, audits, and proposals
  • Deliver contracted Google Ads management and related services
  • Operate analytics, reporting, optimization recommendations, and optional management features in our application
  • Improve our website, services, and customer experience
  • Send service-related communications (reports, invoices, onboarding)
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and security obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share Google Ads data with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Google Ads / API data

When you connect a Google account, Hawking Ads accesses Google Ads data through Google’s official Google Ads API under Google’s OAuth consent. Data is used solely to provide our services. You may revoke access at any time in your Google Account security settings. See our Google API Disclosure and the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements).

5. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we process data based on consent, contract performance, legitimate interests (such as securing our services and responding to business inquiries), and legal obligations.

6. Sharing with processors

We may use vetted service providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, payments, and customer support. They process data under instructions and appropriate safeguards. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own advertising.

7. Retention

We retain contact and client records for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Google Ads connection tokens and synced data are retained according to product needs and deleted or anonymized when no longer required or upon valid deletion requests, subject to legal holds.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit where supported, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. International transfers

We may process data in India and other countries where we or our processors operate. Where required, we implement appropriate transfer safeguards.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. 11. Marketing communications

We may send service or educational messages related to your inquiry. You can opt out of non-essential marketing by replying STOP or using unsubscribe links where provided. Transactional service messages may still be sent.

Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and (if enabled) advertising measurement. You can control cookies through browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.
